Take the Ou Line train from Shin-Aomori Station to Hirosaki Station
From Hirosaki Station you can either:
Take the Dotemachi Loop Bus and get off at Bunka centre mae (文化センター前)(in front of NHK Cultural Centre)
Meeting point is at Hirosaki Castle Sannomaru East Gate (diagonally opposite the NHK Cultural Centre)

Meeting time is 10 minutes prior to tour start time
